I finally finished this skirt (it needs a good pressing, but that can wait till we use it) I decided to make a casing and use elastic....but I'm not as happy with it as I am with my RenFaire skirts that have a waistband.
Oh well, if it doesn't work, I'll cut it apart and put in a waistband.
Chaa-Ching, another thing off my Projects list...Now that Papabear went to work (nights) I can finish all the boxers that are still on my list.
