Happy Birthday LITTLE Brother.

LOL My Brother-in-Law (BIL) is FIVE days younger than I am. (and he doesn't let me forgetaboutit) So I dedicate this blogpost to him. Welcome to thirtyfiveism. ("C'mon in, the water's great!!")

Ok, enough kissing up. I've got a problem folks. Well *grin* not a TRUE problem. But earthshattering to me...ok Well not earthshattering....but it does annoy me a little. *laugh*

Littlebear bought me these brand new rosewood knitting needles for my dishcloth addiction. I had a pair of bamboo and I didn't like the bumps and grooves of natural bamboo. Also they had a warp and that just made me crazy too. And even though I L.O.V.E. these new needles, they do this in my knitting bag.

So I've got to retire ole faithful and make a new bag. I've been looking at this one, but I'm not sold on the cherry blossoms. Don't get me wrong, I really like the blossoms, but not for a "going everywhere" bag. So I may make it in more subtle shades.

What do you think? I like the fact that my needles can lie down. Having them stick up is just an invitation for me to sit on the old bag and snap them.

Also I have a suprise project to post. But I think I need a few more hours before it's finished. (I'll post later if I find those hours.)

love youze guys,
Ang

I like your knitting bag, but sorry to hear it's not working out for you. I haven't tried a felted project yet, but that other one does look cute. I don't know about the cherry blossoms either ... maybe you could replace the cherry blossom branch with something else? A few felted flowers or something paisley in the corner?
